To be eligible for a CPR level C and AED recertification course candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Candidates must have previously completed a full CPR Level C course or a recertification course.
- The previous course must have been completed through a recognized and credible provider such as the Lifesaving Society, Red Cross, Heart and Stroke Foundation, St. John Ambulance, or St. Mark James Training. Certificates obtained through online-only courses are not eligible for workplace-approved recertification.
- The prior course must have been completed within Canada. International certifications are not accepted by St. Mark James.
