What should I bring to class?

Participants should bring:

• A photo ID.
• Comfortable attire suitable for CPR practice.
• Snack or water (breaks are included but food not provided).

How Often Do I Need to Recertify?

Re-certification is required every three years. However, to maintain skills, some employers or individuals prefer taking refresher courses annually.

Are there Group or Corporate rates?

Yes. We offer group bookings and corporate training packages—ideal for workplaces needing multiple employees certified. Contact us here for to inquire about group bookings.

No Pressure Policy:

At Calgary First Aid, we recognize that everyone learns at their own pace and in different ways. If you don’t pass the course on your first attempt, you can retake it once — completely free of charge.

Refunds, Transfers, and Cancellations:

• Within 72 hours of the course: Refunds are not available, and transfers are subject to a $25.00 fee.
• More than 72 hours before the course: You’re eligible for a full refund or a free transfer to another course date.
• Rescheduled events: No refunds are available.

Students are strongly advised to check with their employer prior to enrollment to ensure the certification meets their requirements.
