Registration:

We offer multiple easy ways to register for a Standard Childcare First Aid recertification course. You can register online by selecting the course that best fits your schedule from the options below. Course Price:

Our workplace-approved Standard Childcare First Aid, CPR Level “B,” and AED recertification courses are available for just $94.99.

Prerequisites:

To be eligible for this recertification, candidates must have completed a Standard Childcare First Aid recertification or full course within the past 3 years.

Additional Note:
Please bring your previous Standard Childcare First Aid certification to show your instructor.

Course Length:

The recertification course takes approximately 7 hours to complete.

Course Content:

This course reviews and renews the skills and knowledge covered in the full certification course. Participants will practice CPR and AED techniques for adult and child victims and revisit essential first aid topics, including:

• Shaken baby syndrome
• External bleeding
• Spinal and head injuries
• Environmental injuries
• Cardiovascular emergencies

No Pressure Policy:

At Calgary First Aid, we understand that everyone learns at their own pace. If you don’t complete the course successfully on your first attempt, you can retake it at no additional cost.

Cancellations and Transfers:

We do not accept cancellations or transfers within 72 hours of the course start time. Transfers requested within this period will incur a $25 fee. Prior to 72 hours, you may receive a full refund or transfer to another course. Please note, there are no refunds for rescheduled events.
