Witnesses stated that a woman who identified herself as a BCIT nursing practicum student provides first aid to a stabbed victim at the Plaza of Nations.
Stabbing ordeal
Investigators are searching for a BCIT nursing student who attempted to save a man who was stabbed at the Plaza of Nations on Halloween. According to Vancouver police, they received several 911 calls about two groups of men involved in an altercation.
There were three men who sustained serious stab wounds, including a 25-year old man from Burnaby who eventually died from his injuries. Before the arrival of the police and paramedics, a woman provided the man with first aid near the taxi stand at the front of the plaza. The investigators would like to speak with the woman as a witness.
