In a vehicular accident involving several vehicles, one person was reportedly killed despite the attempted delivery of CPR. At the time of the incident, there were several vehicles involved. The scene on the road was in total disarray where one vehicle was even positioned resting on top of the roof and front windshield of another.
Dangers on the road
As a response to the incident, several ambulances, firefighters, and police arrived at the crash site which took place east of the Vedder Road overpass in the westbound lane. According to witnesses, the emergency responders were seen performing CPR on one of the victims.
The westbound traffic was diverted to Yale Road West as a landing zone was in place in the westbound lane. The traffic in both directions was affected by the accident.
