First Aid and CPR Courses
Standard First Aid – This course is a comprehensive, two day first aid and CPR course that takes approximately 14 hours to complete. Emergency First Aid – This course is typically referred to as a “basic” first aid and CPR class. This course takes approximately 8 hours to complete and includes teaches participants about circulatory emergencies, respiratory emergencies, wounds, CPR and AED usage. CPR is included in the course and participants can partner the course with either CPR level “A”, “C” or “HCP”. Read More / Register
Standard Childcare First Aid – This course is designed for individuals that work in the childcare or daycare industry. This is a detailed, two-day course that takes approximately 16 hours to complete. CPR level “B” is partnered with this course and participants can not opt for any other level of CPR training. CPR and AED “Only” Courses – No First Aid
CPR level “A” – This 4 hour training course is the most basic CPR class. Participants will learn to provide CPR and AED rescue techniques for only adult victims. Read More / Register
CPR level “C” – This 5 hour CPR “only” class is designed for individuals that want to learn CPR rescue techniques for adult, child and infant victims. AED training is included. Read More / Register
CPR level “HCP” – This course is often referred to as CPR level “C” for health care providers. This 6 hour CPR “only” course is designed for individuals that work in the health care or medical industry that need more advanced CPR training that includes the usage of trained assistance and a bag-valve mask. Basic Life Support (BLS) – This course is provided through the Heart and Stroke Foundation. It is a 4.5 hour course that costs 98.99. It is available on weekdays several nights throughout the week. Read More / Register
Infant CPR Course – This is a private course designed for new or soon-to-be parents that want to learn basic CPR and choking rescue techniques for infant and child victims. A qualified workplace approved instructor arrives at your home and teaches your family how to manage a variety of emergency situations. Course takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Read More / Register
Workplace Approved Re-Certification Courses
Standard First Aid Re-Certification – This course is designed for participants that need to renew expiring standard first aid certification. Participants can select either CPR level “A”, “C” or “HCP” to partner with the renewal course. Read More / Register

Enform H2S Alive – This 8 hour course is designed for participants that work or want to work in the oil and gas industry. Participants learn a variety of techniques, skills and knowledge on how to stay safe around Hydrogen Sulfide. Read More / Register
Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) – This course is offered on-line or in a classroom format. It takes approximately 4 hours to complete this course and certification is provided immediately upon completion. Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS) – This course is offered on-line or in a classroom format. It takes approximately 4 hours to complete this course and certification is provided immediately upon completion.
