Why CPR Training Matters

Although not every rescue attempt leads to survival, bystander CPR remains one of the most effective interventions in drowning and cardiac arrest emergencies.
Early CPR helps maintain blood flow to the brain and vital organs until paramedics arrive.

However, CPR is most effective when the person performing it is trained and confident.

This course teaches high-quality CPR, AED use, rescue breathing, and how to act fast in real emergencies — skills that could save a life.
